Sam Pallister is VP of Quantum Applications at PsiQuantum. His team oversees the development, compilation, benchmarking, and validation of applications of large-scale quantum computers. Through that work he has built applications in pharmaceuticals, advanced materials, defense, finance, oil and gas, electronics, nuclear physics, and aerospace, and has collaborated with industrial scientists at some of the world’s largest companies. Prior to joining PsiQuantum in 2019 he received his PhD from the University of Bristol in the UK, where he worked on quantum algorithms for solving differential equations.
