Rob works on how AI can help us form strong in-person local communities. He is non-exec chair of Neighbourly Lab, an organization building the tools and data to enable more social connectedness in local neighbourhoods. He co-founded and was CEO of Founders Intelligence, which helps Fortune 500 companies to think, act and operate like entrepreneurs to set strategy and create growth. He built the company from inception through to its sale to Accenture in 2021, advising the likes of Facebook, Lego, Fannie Mae, ITV and Unilever along the way. He is a Trustee of Founders Pledge, a community of founders committed to using their success for immense public good, and an Advisory Board member of the Forward Institute, a movement for more responsible leadership. He has three daughters and lives in Oxford, UK.
